As I was walking to work, a man stopped his car and asked if I wanted a lift. Mind you, I was on campus. Students were walking everywhere. Sure I park my car in the park-and-ride and walk to work. But it's not that far. And a lot of other students were doing the same thing. How creepy is that? Thanks for the "kind" gesture, but no thanks.Then my mind thought, what if that man wasn't from India? What if he was an American? What if it was someone I worked with? Someone I "trusted" that I saw in the office every day? Even out of school I think sociologically...
