Music: Circles - Incubus

I feel better than I did yesterday. Maybe I'm just not thinking about it as much.

I had fun yesterday night. I was planning work out after work, when I heard a radio station was giving away Incubus tickets at CW Beach. So I called my friend N and we were on our way. Too bad I didn't get a chance to get some cash or gas for my car. But I had enough gas to drive to my friend's place. After a horrifying 45 minute drive through traffic to N's house, we were on our way. I love taking mini road trips.

We got to the place at 7:20pm, but the radio station stopped giving away tickets at 7pm. So we missed out on tickets. But we got to hang out at Pier 60 and walk on the beach in the dark. Too bad N lost his glasses on the beach, but I got to drive his car.

I always try to do something spontaneous to make my days more intersting. Either by playing a little tennis with friends after work, having last minute dinner plans with a friend, or hanging and jamming at Guitar Center. And every event involves a friend or two, or three.
